Below are the summary Terms & Conditions that will apply to your scheduled visit(s).  The charge for your job is calculated according to how long your job takes (unless we have agreed a fixed price quotation)  Unless otherwise specified, excluding fixed price quotations, unit costs are applied per individual tradesperson  Rates (Mon-Fri 8am-6pm): Handyman £45+VAT minimum charge for first ½ hour, then £25+VAT per ½ hour thereafter; Plumber/Electrician/Carpenter/Multitrader - £85+VAT minimum charge for the first hour, then £42.50+VAT per ½ hour thereafter  Out-of-hours rates are at a premium of £10+VAT per ½ hour  Deferred Payment (pre-authorisation) for estimated amount of visit will be taken at the time of booking; actual amount to be released to us upon satisfactory completion of the works. Please note that if the cost of the work exceeds the original estimate in terms of time, materials or parking costs, a further balance will be payable  Any estimate that you may have been given is purely indicative of typical job duration. The actual job make take more or less time than estimated and the charges will apply to the actual duration of the job  Please note that VAT is chargeable on all applicable items at the prevailing rate  Materials we are required / asked to source for the job will be charged at cost +25%  Parking and Congestion Charges will be charged at cost where applicable  We are primarily a labour service although our tradesmen do carry a stock of fixings (we are able to source materials for you but do charge a £20+VAT fee)  Late notice policy for confirmed bookings: we require 2 working days notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, otherwise a late notice charge will apply. For Out Of Hours bookings we reserve the right to charge the total estimated value of the booking, depending on the circumstances. For late cancellation of all other bookings, the late notice charge is £20+VAT
