An annual requirement. We check dates, weight, and pins, and can replace any extinguishers if necessary.
- Fire Alarm Testing
Must be done every 6 months. We provide quotes for repairs if any issues are found.
- Emergency Light Testing
An annual 3-hour full test is legally required. We also offer optional monthly "flick tests" to save you the hassle.
- Water and Legionella Testing
Start with a full risk assessment to identify any potential issues. We then carry out water sampling and temperature testing, with all results recorded in a logbook.
- Fire and Health & Safety Risk Assessments
Required annually or whenever significant changes are made to your office layout or operations.
- Fire Warden and First Aid Training
We provide training tailored to your office needs. Just let us know the number of floors and staff, and weβll recommend the number of delegates required. Training can be conducted onsite or at one of our venues.
- Fixed Wire Testing (EICR)
Also known as a periodic electrical inspection, this is legally required every 5 years. This test ensures your insurance compliance. Power needs to be switched off during testing, so we offer flexible scheduling, including weekends or after hours.
