The poses, combining stretching, strength and relaxation, are coupled with breathwork for a complete holistic experience.

Olivia is a leading personal trainer in London, specialising in women's wellness, including prenatal/postnatal. Her global experience with top-notch coaches across disciplines like gymnastics, CrossFit, and yoga, enables her to design programmes that yield sustainable results. Olivia is a resident yoga instructor at the world-renowned Triyoga London, the upscale Soho House (White City), and the popular countryside getaway, The Newt in Somerset.

Requirements:

Participants are expected to bring their own yoga mats. Additional optional items include blocks, bolsters, and blankets.
