Session Overview

A deeply restful class to help soothe the nervous system and restore equilibrium.

In restorative yoga, the body is fully supported by props so you can completely relax and allow the body to softly stretch and open. Whilst in these postures, which are held for 5-10 minutes, Lindsay will play sound healing instruments such as Himalayan singing bowls and Koshi chimes, around and on the body to enhance the process of relaxation.

About the Coach

Lindsay's objective is to help you to feel better through meditation, movement, and sound, providing you with techniques to improve and maintain your well-being for life. She has studied and engaged in a variety of yogic and wellness disciplines for 18 years and has completed trainings in hatha yoga, kundalini yoga, and sound therapy. She weaves breath work, meditation, therapeutic sound, and yogic philosophy through her offerings, to bring a little more depth to the physical aspect of yoga. Lindsay teaches a variety of yogic styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Restorative, Beginners, Over 60s, and Kundalini, as well as Meditation and Sound Healing.
